Sweet Little Heart Block – Small but Mighty

This little heart block is very sweet – the ample sashing gives it room to breathe. I designed it early last year while putting together the “How Much I Love You” baby quilt. I gifted it to a dear friend for her new grandaughter.

Now that my niece has a little girl on the way, it’s time to make this quilt again but in a little girl color way.

I purchased fabric in 2024 for the version pictured and for the quilt I’m making now. It’s out of print, but you may be able to find it online. Search “Guess How Much I Love You Fabric”. I used a charm pack and there were a few squares leftover. I also used a neutral charm pack and a few fat quarters to do the little hearts. I used a little over 1 yard of background fabric.
